The Chef's MD Big Book of Culinary Medicine is a very interesting book for anyone that whats to improve their health. The book was so inspiring that I have decided to start a garden to help our family to eat healthier without the toxins that are in many of the produce that is boughten in the the grocery stores today. Perhaps this is why so many people develop cancer.
When I read about the book on the internet I purchased two of the, one for myself and the other for my mother. My mom could not say enough about the book, she also loved the book.
